Exchanges and returns
Making a return at Miqa Stockholm is easy and follows these steps:
Within 30 days after you have received your product from Miqa Stockholm, you have the right to make a return according to the Consumer Protection Act. Day one starts counting from the moment the product is in your mailbox or when you have received notification to pick it up at your post office. Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for gift cards.
For your return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, which means that it must not have been used more than necessary for you to determine its characteristics and function.
A fee of SEK 39 for return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
The item should be packed in its original packaging and should be in a bag with the shock-absorbing packaging it was delivered in to avoid damage during shipping. For necklaces, make sure the chain is closed.
Include the packing slip that came with your package and note what you are returning and the reason.
Then hand in the package to your post office and keep the delivery receipt until we have confirmed your return.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping within five business days. If you have used a Klarna invoice, you can pause the payment with Klarna when you have sent off your return.
You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

To submit a return request:
Click on the profile icon in the store's navigation, or log in here Register return and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. Enter your email address in the "Email" field, then click "Continue".
2. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code provided in the email.
3. Return to the webshop and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order for which you want to request a return.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Send request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping slip. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
